Why do we process your data?
As part of our services, we process your personal data to:
- Let you browse our website: the site is statically generated and collects no personal data by default; our hosting provider generates technical logs (IP address, timestamp) required for security purposes, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- Respond to your requests and deliver our services (SEO audit, content strategy, link building, AI SEO, international support): on the basis of pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract.
- Book appointments via Calendly and communicate via WhatsApp: these third-party services act as separate data controllers (see their policies: Calendly, WhatsApp).
- Load fonts: fonts are served via Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google LLC; self-hosting (the CNIL's recommendation) is [à arbitrer avant mise en ligne].

Can your data be transferred outside the European Union?
Some of our service providers (hosting, Calendly, WhatsApp) and our sister company ProStar SEO are located outside the EU (United States, Canada). These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards: adequacy decisions (Canada, EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable) or standard contractual clauses.
